In this drawing + painting-oriented class, students will learn how to see and express the world around us as an artist’s perspective. They will learn and explore how to create artwork with a wide range of media and techniques. They will increase not only skills in fine art but also the confidence to express what they see and think.
This experimental-oriented curriculum outspreads student’s imagination and ideas. Students will embody their thoughts and ideas through conversation and discussion with teachers, and express them into the Process Art project. It will be beyond the traditional art genre and materials, even using lights, sounds, and smells. Students and their work will resemble the contemporary art and artists.
